Becoming Event
In September 2016 we hosted Becoming, an intimate and unique concert bringing local thoughts, words and compositions, to a re-imagining of the classical chamber experience. Musicians across South Manchester working with the Vonnegut Collective created a concert of new music inspired by grassroots culture. It featured composer Tom Harrold, who wrote that year’s opening piece for the Last Night of the Proms.
